Diane Raihle, President

Diane's experience in the career fair and the trade show industry began with Westech Expo Career Expo in the early 80's in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA). Westech produced the most successful and largest career events in the world. As Director of Operations, she was instrumental in the success of the company in producing career events in markets throughout the country.

Later, in the position of Vice President of Operations at 1-Jobs.com in Independence, Ohio, Diane successfully increased profits and launched several new markets.

Following the acquisition of 1-Jobs.com by BrassRing, Diane successfully integrated the two organizations, and drastically lowered operational expenses in their events division.After Brassring ended their job fair division, she launched the job fair division for WorkMetro, a San Jose, CA based company, which produced job fairs nationwide along with local job boards.

As the founder of Specialized Expos & Capital Career Expos, Diane recognizes the need for reasonably priced alternatives in the trade show and career events industry. By keeping overhead expenses down and reinvesting revenue into the events in order to guarantee success for participating organizations.

Paul Raihle, Vice President, Sales

Paul has held sales and management positions at numerous organizations over the past 20 years, including Westech Career Expo, BrassRing, BPI Career Events, Coastal Training Technologies, Dataline Consulting Services and 1-Jobs.com. Paul has successfully brought new products and markets to rapid profitability. As Sr. Vice President at 1-Jobs.com, Paul was also the publisher of TechJobs Magazine, which was distributed to over 80,000 technical professionals throughout the United States. His experience also includes Director of Operations, Training and Recruitment at Lab Support, a division of On Assignment, Inc.

Richard R. Smith, Vice President Business Development

Richard was the former founder and CEO of Chico-San Inc. which became a multi-million dollar company within the health food industry. In the early 80's the company was sold to Heinz Corporation. Dick has tremendous entrepreneurial business knowledge, which in turn, is a great asset to our organization.

Raynell Swanson, Marketing and Creative Director

Raynell has extensive experience in creative services, advertising, and Marketing. As the Advertising/Creative Director for BrassRing, formerly Westech ExpoCorp, she promoted over 200 events annually in the United States and Canada. Raynell has directed the launching of numerous new publications and sites in both print and internet.
